Hi, my name is Florentijn, a multi-disciplined creative leader in advertising, branding and digital innovation. But mostly I love to collaborate on ideas.

I have led teams and projects at agency and client-side. Focussing on strategy, technology and creativity to move businesses forward. From unprecedented creative solutions with world-wide user engagement to engaging brand campaigns that had to stick. Based on insight, human truth or lateral thinking and/or creativity, the goal always is to provide something meaningful to consumers.

Over the years I have coached teams, advised stakeholders, directed campaigns, developed platforms, presented to board rooms and delivered a few lectures and workshops about it all. Many projects got nominated, some got awarded. Good work comes from a strong insight, big idea and dedicated craft.

You could call me a skilled heavyweight creative collaborator with international agencies like; Mother, Ogilvy, AKQA, Anomaly, 72andSunny, and more. Working with industry specialists to develop and deliver compelling storytelling with strong brand and campaign through lines spanning film, print, physical and digital environments.

In my current role as global creative director for Uber in Amsterdam I am responsible for the creative vision, strategy and structure to meet business objectives. Delivering campaigns and branded content across the +42 markets that Uber is active to establish a cohesive brand narrative.
